Our mission at The Ronin is to focus on reliable film and television news from around the globe.

The Ronin was founded in 2020 by Christopher Marc.

Christopher started writing about film and television news back in 2008. He previously co-founded the news outlet Omega Underground (acquired by Geeks Worldwide) with Caleb Williams, wrote freelance features for IGN, became the main news writer/editor for HN Entertainment’s website, and currently contributes to The Playlist.

The intention of The Ronin is to be a straight-forward news site without the fluff.
